AusTriathlon and community now live with JustGo

Updated on 12 January 2024

We’re delighted to announce that AusTriathlon (previously Triathlon Australia) are now live with JustGo and celebrated in style by surprising our project team with fancy dress on the go-live call.

AusTriathlon has gone with a fully affiliated model, meaning 200+ clubs will benefit from the in-built Club+ Pro functionality that allows memberships to be sold at every level of the hierarchy with just one member transaction. This automation and integration of system features allow for a fully streamlined user experience to support the 20,000+ members that will be going through their GoMembership system every year.

AusTriathlon has already seen memberships come flooding in through the system showing early signs that the configuration is exactly what’s needed to take their digital transformation to the next level.

With Club+ Pro being such a main feature of the AusTriathlon system, clubs will be able to take full advantage of the all-new v2.6 website builder which allows every club to simply build their own personal member-facing website and potentially make much-needed cost savings elsewhere.

David Pring, CEO at JustGo said “It has been a real pleasure working with the Triathlon team; great fun and collectively we have helped transform how Triathlon will be offered to Australia. We’ve already seen a fantastic take-up from clubs and members with using the system and I can’t wait to see that continue long into the future. We had a very funny go-live call with the team at AusTriathlon when they surprised us with a real ‘Got Ya’ moment in their fancy dress and it’s been a joy to see the enthusiasm they all have for the project, the system and the sport of Triathlon in Australia.”

AusTriathlon CEO, Miles Stewart said, “We’re so pleased to have launched JustGo, and we are buoyed by the engagement from our clubs and members through the implementation of Go.  We could not be happier with the capability JustGo has added to our repertoire, and we know that JustGo also hits the mark for our future developments in line with our strategic initiatives.”
