COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

Swim Wales is live with JustGo

02 June 2022

Swim Wales is now live with JustGo and can start providing enhanced member experiences by automating the membership management process. The JustGo Enterprise system will give them the ability to keep all clubs, facilities, and Swim Schools under one roof for efficient multi-tiered administration.

Additionally, the clubs of Swim Wales will benefit from a JustGo Essential subscription, which also allows them to collect club fees and organise an unlimited number of events. Furthermore, Swim Wales’ environment will be fully integrated with the British Swimming Ranking system.

By taking the leap into a digital transformation, the members of Swim Wales no longer need to provide their data year on year through paper forms and instead, they can purchase their own memberships online through their existing profiles. In addition, members will not need to complete multiple transactions for their different memberships since the system will include the fees of Swim Wales and the associated club in a single payment.

David Pring, CEO at JustGo, said, “Swim Wales have been a joy to work with to date, they have shown great enthusiasm and initiative with the implementation of the software and we have been really impressed with the way they are communicating the digitalisation of their membership processes to their community.”

Swim Wales Membership Administrator Fran Newton said: “The JustGo team have been there every step of the way during one of the most important projects in the recent history of our organisation. Modernising our membership through JustGo’s One Solution system will help us bring our thousands of members closer to the National Governing Body than ever before, and open up new aquatic opportunities for people across Wales. JustGo have been, and will continue to be a valued partner for Swim Wales as we enter a new era for the organisation.”

Swim Wales, established in 1897, is the National Governing Body for Aquatics and the sports it is associated with within Wales. These sports include Swimming, Water-polo, Para-Swimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming, and Masters Swimming. Swimming Wales is responsible for establishing the laws of the aquatic sport, organising education and training programmes for coaches, officials, and teachers, and for recreational swimming in Wales. With this, everyone will be able to participate in these activities, including learn-to-swim programmes, in a fun and safe atmosphere.
